By car from the north or the south.

If you decide to come by your own motor-vehicle or a rental, we advice that you head for Kingussie. Follow the A9 to Kingussie

Take the turn for Kingussie, drive through the village of Kingussie and take a left turn at the Duke of Gordon Hotel and gardens. Continue on this road, over the railway on past the shinty pitch and bridge over the river Spey and on past Ruthven Barracks (Ruins on the hill) for a further 3 miles. You will then come to a bridge and sharp corner over the River Tromie, take an immediate right turn up the track, Glenfeshie is ¼ mile up the track on the Left.

Please be aware of average speed cameras on the A9. The maximum speed on the road is 60 miles per hour. Where the road is dual carriageway – the maximum speed is 70 miles per hour.

By plane

Glenfeshie is easily access able from all major Scottish airports including Glasgow international, Edinburgh and Aberdeen – under 3 hours drive from us. Inverness is our nearest airport a short 1 hour drive away and has excellent connecting flights through London with British Airways, Easyjet and Fly Be. We also have a daily connecting flight with Amsterdam operated by KLM

We are happy to provide pick-up service directly at the airport of your choice. From Inverness Airport it is about a one hour drive and from Edinburgh Airport about 3 hours drive. We can arrange quotations for chauffeur driven cars and mini buses.

By train

Our local train Station is Kingussie and there are good connections from Inverness in the North and both Edinburgh and Glasgow in the South. Kingussie station is a 10 minute drive from Glenfeshie Take a taxi or arrange a pick up.

By bus

Bus links in the Highlands of Scotland are fairly good and we have regular stops in Kingussie from all the major Scottish cities.
