Built to last forever and shelter its guests from the almost overwhelming nature outside - from the moment you enter, you feel comfortable.

This renovated cottage is a cosy hideaway.
Relax in front of a roaring fire in a traditional leather wingback chair in the wood panelled sitting room framed with wonderful sporting oil paintings, after a day hiking, stalking or fishing on the estate. Then climb upstairs to your snug bedroom in the eaves and snuggle down under the softest quilts.

Sleeps six in two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. Self-catering and child friendly, with four-legged friends welcome by prior arrangement. Electricity, firewood and housekeeping included in the weekly rent, as are a few kitchen essentials upon your arrival.

GET OUT THERE

As the name suggests, Kennels Cottage used to be basic accommodation for the kennel man whose job was to breed and train the estate’s working dogs. Kennels Cottage is situated in the Cairngorm National Park offering breathtaking views of the glen with the ancient Caledonian Pine forest and the hills beyond.
